⚙️ Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and referrals
Measure and optimize key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention rate
Coordinate with content, design, and tech teams to align on growth objectives
Leverage automation tools to streamline and scale marketing workflows
Continuously test, analyze, and iterate to improve performance outcomes
🧾 Requirements
Proven experience in growth or performance marketing across multiple channels
Knowledge of HubSpot, Zapier, or similar automation tools
Strong understanding of marketing analytics and attribution models
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy
Hands-on experience in startup or digital brand growth environments preferred
